Shake Me tells the mystical musical encounter between Sha (bass clarinet, alto saxophone), Jeremias
Keller (bass, flute) and Delia Meshlir (vocal, keyboard, guitar). Their music wanders between dark
ambiant and groovy vibes. Sha, Jeremias Keller and Delia Meshlir are multi-instrumentalists and,
depending on the sound, a different timbre takes center stage. Buried beneath your blankets, the
dampened sounds of Sha’s humming bass clarinet, the maroon voice of Delia Meshlir and the silky
bass of Jeremias Keller reach your ears. You are too far away to make out the lyrics, but the voice
tells you this is fine. The instruments and Delia’s voice form a dense web whose threads pull the
listener right into the middle.

Sha (*1983) has always lived in Bern and works wherever the music takes him. He completed his
Masters of Arts in Music and Education at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He
has been a member of Nik Bärtsch’s Ronin and Nik Bärtsch’s Mobile since the early 2000s. Sha
also plays with The Legendary Lightness, can be heard on the album Veränderet by Fai Baba and
released his solo album Monbijou in 2021.

Jeremias Keller (*1986) grew up in Aargau and has lived in Bern since 2007. As a child he played
the piano, as a teenager he taught himself guitar, drums and finally electric bass, which is still his
main instrument today. He completed a Master of Arts in Music at the HKB. He was a founding
member and co-composer of the band pommelHORSE. In 2017, he founded his trio Jeremias Kellers
Vertigo with Florian Favre and Lionel Friedli. Since 2020, Jeremias Keller has been producing music
in his home studio, which he releases as Lakota. In addition to his own projects, he currently plays
bass for King Pepe & the Queens and Nik Bärtsch’s Ronin.

Delia Meshlir (*1992) grew up in Lausanne and currently lives in Fribourg. She is a singer-songwriter
and plays the piano, guitar and saxophone. She has been writing her own songs since the age of
10. She released her first EP Almost Spring in 2019. Her albums Calling the Unknown (2022) and
Bring Back The Light (2023) were both released on the Irascible & Ba Da Bing Records labels. Delia
Meshlir is also part of the band Berceuses (with Emilie Zoé, Laure Betris, Aurélie Emery, Perrine
3000, Sara Oswald, Gael Kyriakidis and Melissa Kassab).
